Rules of Engagement

Applies to all forms of membership in PuBBeN Gaming Community

The annual fee is determined at PuBBeN Gaming Community's annual meeting.
The annual meeting is held on the 31st of March at the latest.
Membership fee payed during a month counts extra above the annual fee.
Membership lasts for a calendar year.

Membership includes the following:

1. Access to PuBBeN Gaming Community's Team Speak 3 server and channels.

2. Access to PuBBeN Gaming Community's premium (members only) forum.

3. Access to PuBBeN Gaming Community's Premium downloads.

4. Access to a specific gaming-tag which connects you to PuBBeN Gaming Community.

5. Access to full support concerning you membership on PuBBeN Gaming Community's forum, servers etc.

6. Possibility to become drafted to PuBBeN Gaming Community's Clan Team(s), [PuBBeN].
Rules for membership within PuBBeN Gaming Community:

All interpretations of rules are solely done by PuBBeN Gaming Community board or spokesperson for running maintenance of websites and gaming servers.

Common rules:

§1 Respect everyone! No racism. No religious or other personal attacks are accepted.

PuBBeN Gaming Community's board owns the sovereign right to exclude members from forums, the clan or Team Speak 3, whenever at abuse.


§2 Use correct language! Mind how you speak! Everyone playing with PuBBeN Gaming Community's tag shall behave in a mature way and proceed by setting an example. Common sense shall prevail.


§3 Failure to comply with the above rules can and will be punished with expelment from PuBBeN Gaming Community and/or [PuBBeN]. No membership fee will be refunded.


Forum, Comment & Shoutbox rules:


§ 4 Ethnic, religious or sexistic announcements are forbidden.


§ 5 Unapproved commercials are forbidden.


§ 6 Suggestions to criminal abuse (i.e. illegal downloads) by Swedish law is forbidden.


§ 7 Pornographic content (pictures, movies, links or downloads) are forbidden.


§ 8 Bad language (i.e. curses) and other harsh language which can be seen as offensive are not allowed.


§ 9 The board, administrators or moderators own the sovereign right to remove, lock or censor any threads or posts according to their scrutiny.


§ 10 The board, administrators or moderators own the sovereign right to ban persons not wanted on the forums.


§ 11 Changes to the rules for the forums are posted on the forums and are effective immediately.


§ 12 When you create a membership account you have agreed and understood these rules.
Thus you are responsible what you write and say in your name.
You're also responsible to keep yourself updated with the rules of the forums, should they change. Any form of threat, covert threat or offending thread or post (abuse of any kind) will be reported immediately.


§ 13 All material/text posted on the forums and website are owned by PuBBeN Gaming Community. Unapproved copying or duplication of material/text is strictly forbidden.


§ 14 Should any exclusion of the community be performed due to abuse of any of the above, no refunds of membership fees are made.


§ 15 PuBBeN Gaming Community's webmaster or spokesperson in these matters will deliver decisions of this kind in an e-mail to the party in question including any and all evidence in the case.
